1. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% VAT.
Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. Orders confirmed before a price change will remain at the confirmed rate.
Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed (for prepaid orders).
2. Order Processing & Delivery
Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman: Orders placed before 2 PM (Mon?Sat) qualify for same-day delivery, subject to stock and driver availability.
Orders placed after 2 PM are delivered the next working day.
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Northern Emirates: Delivery typically within 1?3 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location or order size.
Once dispatched, delivery details or tracking updates will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp or email.
All orders across the UAE are fulfilled through Desert Sign?s in-house delivery fleet to ensure fast and secure service.
3. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.
Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund according to the policy below:
Items must be unused, uncut and in their original packaging.
Products that have been cut, modified, installed or used are not eligible for return or refund.
Custom-cut or specially manufactured products are non-returnable, unless proven faulty.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
Desert Sign reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. Product Details & Accuracy
Product images and colors on the website are for reference only; actual shades, textures, or finishes may vary.
Customers are responsible for verifying size, thickness, and color specifications before placing an order.
We reserve the right to correct any typographical, pricing, or description errors at any time without prior notice.
5. Liability
Desert Sign Trading LLC will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including installation issues, project delays, or third-party damages.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the product in question.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Customer data is used solely for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
We do not share personal information with unauthorized third parties.
All online payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE.
